This is a fantastic
Vintage Art Deco French Black & Pearl Celluloid Snake Bangle Wrap Bracelet.  The double head snake is a white/gray celluloid meant to resemble Mother of Pearl with black celluloid with black rhinestone facet cut eyes on both snake heads and also around the bangle with cut steel beads on each side.
Measurements
Very important to read.
The inside circumference is 6 1/4".  Measuring inside north to south is 2 1/8" x 2" east to west. This is for someone to wear with a very, very small hand to fit the bracelet over to fit on a narrow wrist.  The bracelet is made of a celluloid type of plastic and has very little flexibility.  Measures the size of the hand left to right to see if it will be able to fit into the 6 12"  inner circumference and the measurements of the inside both ways.
Condition is very, very good.  No dings, dents, cracks or repairs.  There are some of the small steel cut beads missing that are hard to notice and does not detract at all.
