Not sure on what this item is called, used for or year of manufactured, so please use your expertise. All little weights are in side of pouch and weights are 3.5-3.6 ounces. Total weight for item is in pictures as well and is just shy of 3lbs. Weights look to be steel/cast iron. And case looks like fake leather. Please see pictures. Selling as is
