These dumbbells have been professionally refurbished with a ten step process:
* completely disassemble each dumbbell
*ALL plates lightly pressure washed to remove all debris & any embedded dirt
* ALL plates then treated with an antibacterial/antimicrobial/antifungal/virucide solution
* each plate thoroughly pressure washed
* each plate then treated with a commercial rubber sealant
* every handle thoroughly cleaned,
* remediation of any rust
* each handle properly oiled to preserve the metal
* antiseize applied to threads on each bolt (this facilitates easier future servicing of the dumbbell)
* every dumbbell individually reassembled by hand with precision alignment of each plate ensuring the dumbbell will be properly balanced & provide the best possible performance
Please note, over time rubber encased plates naturally tend to develop small chips in the rubber. Unfortunately we don't have a way of replacing those those chips. However, our refurbishment process helps minimize additional chipping & extends the life of the equipment.
FLEX Fitness Two Tier Dumbbell Rack
- super heavy duty thick guage steel (this piece will last!), holds 10 pairs of pro dumbbell in saddles to ensure they seat perfectly minimizing the likelihood of damaging either the dumbbell or user.
