Set of 6 Maltby Pelletreau New York Coin Silver Monogram EL Tea Spoons C 1813-35
Nice set of 6 coin silver tea spoons. Has a scripted monogram EL on the handle. Repousse shell design on the back of the bowl. Marked on the back of the handle MP used by Malby Pelletreau, New York, between 1813 and 1835. Also marked with pseudo British silver marks of the type commonly used by New York silversmiths of this period.
Good condition.
Each spoon measures approximately 1 1/8 inches wide x 6 inches long.
These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the pieces.
