CONTOURED PLATE – Arms and shoulders are isolated while the back and elbow are locked in place with the contoured plate which keeps the biceps engaged in maximum workout.
RUBBERIZED ELBOW PADS – Unwanted momentum during curls is minimized with 6 mm thick EVA padded elbows that mimic the function of a curled barbell pad.
