Pretty, vintage hand made? bracelet/bangle -from estate

Selling this as part of a local New Mexico estate that we are handling. Very nice condition-no markings. Not sure if this is bakelite, or? Looks like the notching/cutting was done by hand, as they are not all spaced the same width. Still very well done. Inside diameter is approx 2 9/16". Width is 1/4". Kind of a dull mustard yellow color.  Please Ask condition questions before bidding.  Glad to combine shipping whenever possible. Thanks for bidding!
