This listing is for a pair of adjustable dumbbells - 40 pounds total weight.
The first picture shows the individual pieces of the set
:
1) Two (2) handles, 14" length
2) Four (4) spin locks with rubber gaskets
3) Four (4) 5 lb (2.25kg) weight plates, 6-1/2" diameter
4) Four (4) 3 lb (1.35kg) weight plates, 5-1/4" diameter
When assembled as shown in the pictures with 2 of the 5 lb plates, and 2 of the 3 lb plates, each dumbbell weighs 19.8 lbs with handle and spin locks. Different configurations are easily made to accommodate your workout needs.
The plates are not round, but are designed with twelve sides to ensure they don't roll away when set down on the floor.
