Xco® Trainer, an aluminum tube sealed at both ends, containing a granulated mass which generates a Reactive Impact through three-dimensional movements. This Reactive Impact promotes the production of collagen, the main protein of our connective tissue. The connective tissue is what holds together our muscle-skeletal system so to the extent that we maintain a healthy tissue, we will help prevent those injuries typical of an unstable system.
The Xco®-Trainers were developed in the Netherlands by the physical therapist Jan Herman and his purpose was to create a training tool that would reduce the risk of injury to his son practicing sports (baseball).
