I HAVE A LOVE FOR BANGLES AND HAVE HAD MANY AND TRULY CANNOT SAY FOR SURE WHAT THIS IS MADE OF. IN MY RESEARCH I HAVE SEEN SIMILAR LISTED AS CARVED CATALYN, AND OTHERS AS BAKELITE OR LUCITE, EVEN WOOD. U TESTED IT AND IT DOES SHOW A TINT OF YELLOW BUT MAYBE ITS YHE COLOR RUBBING OFF?  IF I HAD TO MAKE AN EDUCATED GUESS I WOULD LEAN TOWARDS DYED BOVINE.
