This sale is for one Series 1 Bowflex 552
dumbbell
replacement weight/plate. This is the #1 weight/plate and has a weight of about 1.4 lbs. The plastic around the weight was starting to come apart in a couple places so some hot glue was used to keep them together. The tab is still in tact and works as it should.
The one pictured is the exact one you will receive.
This plate will NOT work with the Bowflex

552 series 2. The difference between the two is the series 1 have a gray tab and the series 2 have a red tab.
