DUMBBELLS ARE FALLING APART

I wrote the company directly and told them my dumbbells were falling apart after less than 2 years of VERY light use. Both of the dumbbells have plates that are loose and make the entire exercise movement feel unstable and unsafe. The company offered to send one 5lb plate. I asked for two because both were unstable and they sent two. However, this did NOT fix my problem. Both dumbbells are still loose and shake upon use; they feel very flimsy and unstable. I have a disability and I am not a hardcore lifter. I also live in an apartment above people and so I set the dumbbells down softly every time. I regret making this purchase. People who are thinking about spending this much money should know that this item will probably only last you a year of very careful use. I wish I had bought a name-brand competitor's set instead.

Purchased the dumbbells and stand and couldn't be more satisfied. Excellent quality, mechanical operation working well. So simple to use. Weights are very sturdy, even when fully loaded. I'd definitely recommend buying the stand if you buy the dumbbells as it makes them convenient to use and sits nicely in the corner of the room. I especially like the fact that the ends are flat. Other adjustable dumbbells have knobs or other protrusions at the end that would be uncomfortable to use when I rest the weights on my legs between sets. Highly recommend. My only request is that they add a higher range of dumbbell - ex. 55-85 lb range. Need the higher weights for leg exercises.

I’ve been using these dumbbells for about a year and a half 4-5 days a week. They are used a lot during my workouts. The dumbbells are still going strong. I don’t drop or bang them around. One of the handles started getting a little hard to shift so I emailed core home fitness and the immediately sent me a replacement
